As an **Allocations Coordinator**, you will be part of our Home Care Services team supporting the **Greater Western Region **that takes ownership of providing accurate and efficient rostering of our Home Care workers to service the needs of our customers. This is a Permanent Part Time opportunity of 25hrs per week, 5hrs per day.

**ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE**:

- Provide an efficient, friendly, and professional service to all customers internal and external
- Schedule client services and care worker rosters efficiently to meet customer requirements in consultation with Allocations Team Leader and Community Liaison Manager.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships
- Maintain accurate and up to date client and employee records
- Support the branch when required with ad hoc administrative duties

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in Customer Service, Scheduling/Rostering, Data Analytics or Call Centre
- Previous experience in scheduling / rostering people and / or services in a fast-paced environment
- Competent using MS Suite and able to pick up internal systems quickly
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills with previous office administration experience
- A demonstrated interest and empathy in supporting elderly and vulnerable people within the community.
