**Job Description**:
**About the role**

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Pallet Co-Ordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you execute the pallet strategy and compliance, ensuring that all pallet related matters meet operational and customer objectives.

You will help implement and maintain standard operating procedures.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Check all pallet data accurately to ensure all is correct in internal system
- Complete monthly reconciliations
- Enter all relevant information into the 2IC system accurately
- Review and maintain computer-based information in data systems
- Provide accurate updates to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring safe work practices are adhered to, promoting safety policies and procedures on an on-going basis

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within a logistics and transport environment
- Pallet control experience greatly preferred
- Competency in the use of 2IC, MyCHEP and LOSCAM online systems greatly preferred
