- Mix of Project Governance, Business Analysis and Change Management
- 7.25 hours per day, 36.25 hours per week.

Transport and Main Roads are seeking an experience Project Governance and Control officer to undertake varied tasks including:

- Support and assist the delivery of projects, including alignment to project scope, budget and program in conjunction with the Project Manager(s).
- Assist and support the Project Team in engagement activities with project stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with agreed objectives and requirements.
- Work closely with Project Manager(s) to ensure activities and tasks are developed to align with agreed objectives and requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of project reporting mechanisms and ensure they are communicated with internal and external stakeholders as required. Ensure, in conjunction with Project Manager(s), that project resources are efficiently and effectively managed.
- Organise project board and technical meetings with relevant stakeholders including seeking input on and circulating meeting agendas, ensuring the meeting has a Quorum before proceeding and ensuring accurate minutes are circulated after the meeting.
- Business Analysis skills
- Change Management skills

TMR is about to release STREAMS Common Operational View (COV) and STREAMS Disruption Management (DM) to Traffic Management Centres throughout the state, so that is a milestone and an example of how they require change management skills.

The team will be focusing on Arterials (Traffic Signal control and monitoring including optimisation). For the next 3 years and working with their Subject Matter Experts on what that looks like. This is where BA skills are required.
