**The Role**

Our client is an iconic Australian Label with stand-alone stores across Australia, the United States, the UK and Europe. They have an incredibly strong track record for internal succession into higher retail and support office roles. The brand is stocked in the globe's most premium online stores and is a fashion leader known for their original prints and beautifully made luxury pieces.
The Stock Assistants are responsible for setting the back of house up for success, by maintaining a high functioning stock room and keeping accurate stock inventory through thorough planning and organisation.

This role is full-time and is on a Monday-Friday roster.
- Excellent organisation skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to build strong, genuine relationships with team members
- Experience using inventory control software such as AP21, WIMSE, SAP or similar; as well as Microsoft Excel
- The ability to coordinate stocktakes, as well as investigations of discrepancies
- A positive and can-do attitude

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating a high functioning, organised and tidy, stockroom space
- Ensuring stock inventory and loss prevention is managed accurately and efficiently
- Presenting stock with pride and in line with brand standards
- Preparing and executing seasonal launches
- Managing online order dispatch
- Communicate effectively with floor and management team regarding operational updates and changes
- Action incoming and outgoing stock accurately
