Our Sydney-based startup is challenging traditional sales models and eliminating the need to recruit and train in-house teams, just as Uber disrupted the taxi industry. We're on a mission to empower local businesses, including startups, with the opportunity to hire brand ambassadors, lead generators, and salespeople on-demand.

And that's where you come in. As a Lead Generator with Reach Direct, you'll be responsible for providing a unique, phone-based customer experience that enhances our client's brand - all while generating, validating and delivering high-quality leads. You'll need to be a problem solver with the ability to turn setbacks into opportunities, and demonstrate accountability to targets and numbers.

**Salary**: $800.00 - $3,000.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- POTTS POINT, NSW 2011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
