We're on the hunt for a **dynamic, honest and self-motivated Sales Representative/Business Development Officer** to help drive our growth, build lasting customer relationships and spot new opportunities **About the Role**: This is a hands-on, on the road sales role where your energy, drive and vision will shine. You will work closely with the Directors, delivering strong results, growing client partnerships and leading from the front with focus, passion and a "can-do" attitude. **What's on offer**: - Starting in our O'Connor premises, with plenty of on the road, face-to-face client interaction - Competitive salary - Work 2-3 days per week - no weekends or public holidays - Flexible start and finish times - Fuel expenses covered - Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company - Supportive team environment - Trusted to work independently with full ownership of your results **Your Day-to-Day**: - Drive business development - Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients and retailers - Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and find new opportunities - Take and process sales orders accurately and effectively - Identify new market opportunities and support strategic growth plans - Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve our services, strategies and results - Work autonomously to manage your own time, priorities and targets **What You Will Bring**: - Proven experience in a similar role - Background in baking supply, food service, retail or distribution (a big plus) - Current WA Driver's Licence - A "go-getter" attitude where you love to take the lead and make things happen - Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to our customers - A high level of integrity, honesty and a results driven approach **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - No weekends Work Location: On the road Application Deadline: 08/05/2025
