Our mission is to bring comfort, craftsmanship, and contemporary design into every home. DeRucci Perth is looking for passionate, motivated sales professionals to join our growing team.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll represent the DeRucci brand and help customers create beautiful, comfortable homes. You'll deliver an exceptional in-store experience while achieving strong sales results through product knowledge, service, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in both English and Mandarin with professionalism and warmth
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable DeRucci products
  • Manage sales transactions, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with promotions
  • Ensure the showroom remains tidy, inviting, and aligned with brand standards
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Chinese — reading, writing, and speaking are essential
  • Previous retail or showroom sales experience (luxury, furniture, or design preferred but not necessary)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about interior design and creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven
