We are excited to welcome a dynamic and energetic **Assistant Director/Educational Leader **to our team. In this role, you'll support our Director in managing the day-to-day operations, collaborate with amazing colleagues, and contribute to meaningful projects. You’ll also have the opportunity to take on Educational Leadership responsibilities and help shape the future of our centre.

**What you’ll bring**

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
