There is an exciting opportunity for change within the Australian freight industry. Many of the vehicles used to move goods across Australia are under-utilised, or used inefficiently - with every third truck on our roads driving empty Our vision is to achieve zero waste in trucking by empowering small-medium carriers through technology. By efficiently allocating supply and demand, we can eliminate the enormous waste in the industry.

Ofload has just acquired Melbourne freight specialist CIA Logistics and our family is now 120+ strong We are growing at 6x per annum, with plans to continue to scale significantly over the next six months and beyond.

**Objectives of this role**
- Represent our company’s Vision by understanding Ofload’s aim and how we can assist businesses across Australia.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential leads through networking and cold outreach.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage decision makers for next steps/meetings.
- Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) with critical analysis of prospects, including stakeholders mapping, value proposition, estimated opportunity size and a general freight profile & overview.
- Working closely with commercial analysts on outreach outcomes and engagement analysis.
- Working closely with Ofload’s communications manager for implementation of marketing and outreach campaigns.
- To develop the skills and results in order to transition into future growth opportunities within the company.

**What you’ll do**
- Identify prospect's needs and Freight Profile.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and BDMs.
- Report to Line manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

**Requirements**:
We are open to a wide range of profiles, so as long as you meet the general theme of the below, we encourage you to apply
- 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within the company.
- Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software.
- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving KPI’s.
