In this fixed term 12-month contract position you will be supporting a major business transformation and the development of a new workforce tool.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Support the administration and configuration of scheduling, payroll and recruitment systems with regards to relevant Enterprise Agreements and Awards as needed
- Comprehensive documentation of all processes within the HRIS Support function completed ensuring all relevant processes/procedures/detailed work instruction/process maps are provided and updated where required
- Develop and deliver training and educational sessions to Shared Services staff in relation to continuous improvement initiatives to improve systems and operational capability
- Assist in the effective implementation of annual changes to relevant Enterprise Agreements and Awards achieved by engagement with the respective business partners as needed

**Skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in a support role (ideally Shared Services Support Team) for HR/Payroll, Finance and/or Rostering systems in a medium to large organisational environment including systems, administration, training, rostering, data analysis, report development and functional support
- Demonstrable experience in a diverse and decentralised computing environment with multiple external relationships. yes
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement and efficiency opportunities utilising highly developed problem-solving skills
