Federal Government agency requires an experienced to Drafter to work in their Planning and Quality Branch.
**Your new company**
An integral Federal Government agency that provides essential services to the running of government is seeking an experienced to Drafter on contract / S26 transfer to work in their Planning and Quality Branch.

**Your new role**
Reporting into the Director of Building Information you will be provide documentation and project support to a small team responsible for managing and maintaining the government assets. This will include:

- Continual improvement/refinement of the Building Information Model (BIM) platform and the associated building databases.
- Updating building databases / plans, through use of BIM/CAD skillset
- Facilitate effective service delivery through provision of technical expertise, knowledge, analysis across Architectural, Engineering and Building Services, complying with departmental policy or relevant legislation.
- Support team objectives by undertaking administrative tasks, on-site inspections, implementing system refinements and projects.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the business unit operations for the Building Information section.
- Delivering quality information and support that is accurate, timely and relevant.
- Prepare and contribute to a range of written material including business cases, reports, Senate Estimates submissions, briefings and corporate documentation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working as a Drafter on Infrastructure projects
- Competent AutoCAD user and ideally have a working knowledge of Revit
- Technical expertise, knowledge, analysis across Architectural, Engineering and Building Services
- Ideally have a base line clearance or be able to obtain one
