**The Client**

Australian owned freight forwarding and logistics company who is continuing to expand their bonded and 3PL warehouse capacity nationally, purpose built, modern warehouse and office facilities.

**The Position**
- Opportunity to work with an industry leader
- Lead, manage and develop the 77G and 3PL warehouse team
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and client service requirements
- Ensure customs, quarantine and cargo is handled in accordance with operational regulations
- Monitor and report inventory and stock control
- Attend management meetings
- Prepare and submit departmental budgets and profit and loss reports
- Liaise with internal operational and sales departments
- Meet and correspond with clients to develop relationships

**The Requirements**

It is essential you have proven:

- Experience within a customs controlled warehouse environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and regulatory bodies
- Leadership and people management skills
- Focus on safety and efficiency
- Cargowise1 experience
