Our client based in Lavington are currently looking for a part-time Warehouse Assistant with customer service experience to join their team

Our client is one of the largest suppliers of HVAC & Refrigeration products in Australia. As a warehouse/customer service assistant, you will work closely with the branch manager and partner with new and existing customers to help them find the best solutions possible. This is a chance to expand your customer service and warehouse experience located in Lavington.

This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a secure, part time position with a company that values its employees, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to see their people succeed.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Processing, picking, and packing of goods for their dispatch to customers;
- Inwards and outwards goods receipting;
- Internal sales procedures and counter service to their valued customers;
- Assisting in the management of stock integrity;
- General warehousing duties as required; and
- Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.

- Ability to build relationships with customers;
- Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers; and
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure their customer's expectations are met or exceeded.
- Trade Retail experience and or wholesale sales (preferred).
