**Your new company**
Situated within one of the largest Federal Government Departments, this area coordinates program management activities to support the function of a Royal Commission Taskforce.

**Your new role**
Within this position you will provide audit, assurance and compliance support across the operations of the taskforce, and provide strategic oversight for delivery of performance measures and benefits realisation monitoring. Within this function you will be tasked to:

- Assist with coordinating information, communication, monitoring and control activities
- Establish, implement, evaluate and maintain the program management system that will support delivery of the Implementation, including relevant processes, policies and tools.
- Provide secretariat duties for the Program Board
- Analyse initiative and Stream data and prepare program reports and dashboards
- Manage whole-of-program reporting, tracking, risk, benefits realisation and governance requirements.
- Facilitate the prioritisation process of initiatives, supporting scoping workshops, post-implementation reviews and various other activities as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in performance measures and benefits realisation
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
- Experience in program design and management, ideally across organisational transformation
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate with all levels of management and program stakeholders.
- Flexibility in thinking, adapting to and managing organisational change by adjusting strategies, goals and priorities.
