**Position Description**

With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent part-time basis.

Reporting to the Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

- Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
- Bank reconciliations
- Process daily bank transactions
- Process customer payments and accurately allocate to relevant accounts
- Generate supplier invoices
- Process & enter creditor invoices
- Calculate & submit monthly rebate figures
- Oversee debtors management
- Complete various reporting duties
- Assist with Payroll for 25+ employees
- Assist with BAS lodgment
- Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Provide support to the Senior Bookkeeper where required
- Previous experience in a similar all round accounts position
- Strong technical knowledge with a passion for understanding core financial principals and delivering a high quality of service
- Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as act as a team player to operate collaboratively
- High level customer services skills and ability to build positive working relationships
- Honest, reliable and dedicated worker
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task
