Halle aux Vins is a dynamic wine distribution company. We supply to notable restaurants, wine bars and specialised wine stores. We are now seeking an inhouse Bookkeeper to join the team This is a part time role offering 3 days per week (flexible)

Halle aux Vins is a dynamic wine distribution company working with exciting producers from France, Italy and Australia. Each producer that we engage with adheres to a single-minded focus on quality - a value upheld right across the business. We supply to notable restaurants, wine bars and specialised wine stores. We are now seeking an inhouse Bookkeeper to join the team This is a part time role offering 3 days per week (flexible)

Key Accountabilities:

- Strong knowledge/Advanced in MYOB
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile bank account daily.
- Updating Credit Applications in MYOB and CRM software
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Process fortnightly payroll
- BAS, Super, and PAYG processing
- Yearly workover reconciliation
- Yearly Insurance Renewal
- Updating Asset Register
- Inventory management and regular stocktakes.
- Generating KPI’s, sales, stock, and financial reports for the director
- Organise and maintain office files and databases.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration in hospitality
- Advanced in MYOB software and Google Drive
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a small team environment.
- Mature and Professional
