You will be working for a Global Healthcare Company that have multiple clinics and offices all over Australia. This is a cutting-edge healthcare business, that prides itself on engaging with their new and loyal customer base by all means available in marketing, so there is plenty of inbound leads.

Based in North Sydney, you will be supporting a network of clinics across Australia by following up on inbound leads as well as scheduling healthcare appointments for people mostly in the aged care community. You will work with a small team of like-minded people in a friendly and supportive office.

Once you have learned the business and know what is expected of you, you will be able to work in a hybrid role of WFH and office in North Sydney. If you like to help people, then this could be the role for you

**The role**:

- Manage inbound leads by converting them to healthcare appointments
- Make B2C outbound calls to schedule healthcare appointments
- Liaison with a network of clinics across Australia for schedule management
- Working on seasonal out/Inbound marketing campaigns as required
- Work to specified KPI’s and targets related to customer service, lead conversion and appointments made

**To be successful in this role, you will require the following essential criteria**:

- At least 1 years’ experience gained in a B2C call centre environment
- Experience working with consumers to make healthcare appointments for them is ideal but not essential
- Fluency in English with first class communication skills both written and verbal, able to deal with people across Australia
- A proven track record of working in a results and KPI driven call centre environment
- A patient and empathetic personality who is comfortable dealing with people in the aged care community
- A strong customer service focus with a desire to solve problems and add value
- Resilience to clients declining and rescheduling appointments with a determination to exceed expectations
- A team player with strong organisational and time management skills
