**Customer Care Consultant**
- **Permanent Opportunity**Regents Park location - Hybrid WFH**
- **$60,000k + Super**

Sirius People are currently working with a client in the manufacturing industry and are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join the team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be responsible for the below duties:
- Customer Care - provide best customer service to B2B customers, quote to cash order management, tracking orders to fulfillment-
- Managing customer orders and problem-solving issues- Liaise with the sales team, the supply chain, and 3PL teams to ensure customer needs are met- Support customer care colleagues- Adhoc administration tasks when required

**About you**:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role with B2B experience- Understanding of supply chain and logisitic/warehouse processes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, SAP or JDE experience preferred- Strong time management and prioritisation skills- Organised and work in a fast-paced environment
