**To support ‘Bills Crew’ we have a need for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our Mission to be responsible for sourcing and engaging wonderful people to be a part of our exceptional volunteering team.**

**You will**:

- be experienced or have knowledge in workforce planning to ensure we have adequate volunteers for all our programs and activities
- have strong organisation, project management and event planning skills
- have an excellent eye for detail
- enjoy communicating with people from all walks of life
- ideally you will have knowledge or experience working in a not-for-profit, but if not we’ll train you, and
- any recruitment experience (inhouse or agency) would be advantageous

**Your responsibilities include**:

- maintain files and ensure compliance - experience in Volgistics CRM or similar database would be fantastic
- manage our volunteer rosters
- regularly check in with volunteers to identify any issues or if additional training or support is required
- assess the volunteer needs of across the various departments including day-to-day operations and special events
- recruit volunteers to roles that best fit requirements of the positions and individual capabilities
- promote the efforts of volunteers throughout the year
- identify ways to improve the experience of our volunteers

There will be also times when you’ll need to be agile and hit the phones to ensure that our volunteer rosters are covered, so we need someone who will work collaboratively when under pressure and still have their attention for detail radar on.
