- A strong people manager
- A change agent who can lead, manage and communicate shifts in organisational focus and priorities
- A leader who is able to raise performance by implementing best practice coaching and mentoring
- Commitment to learning about the disability sector

As the Team Leader - Support Coordination you will lead a team of Support Coordinators and drive performance towards the achievement of productivity targets and translation of optimal operating standards into positive customer experiences that are aligned to the achievement of business strategy.

Using your experience in managing people and leading teams, you will provide leadership and remove obstacles to the achievement of:

- Strategic Portfolio Management
- Achieving Daily, Weekly, and Monthly activity and performance KPIs
- Timely resolution of issues in Service Delivery
- Quality and Compliance in all dealings

**Past experience working in disability is **not **a prerequisite for this role **. We are keen to engage and work with strong and experienced leaders, who can then train to succeed in a role within the disability sectors.

This role with Plan Partners will allow you to bring the best out of people; genuinely improve the lives of people with a disability; significantly contribute to the success of a growing business; and have the opportunity to implement new and innovative ideas to strengthen the service delivery to our customers.

To succeed as a Team Leader with Plan Partners you will have:

- Minimum of 5 years team management experience
- High achieving Team leadership background and track record of achieving targets in a customer-focused environment.
- Background in setting, managing, and reporting on budgets, plans, and sales targets.
- Ability to work successfully autonomously
