**The Opportunity**

Gentrack APAC are currently hiring a **Product Owner to fucus on Customer Delivery.**

As Product Owner, you will help maximise the value of the product to the customer by that the highest priority item flows through the system. This is an exceptional opportunity for an amazing Product Owner to join a world class global R&D team focused on Delivering Tomorrow Today

**The Specifics**
- Have a good understanding of Salesforce and how Agents use Salesforce to complete their tasks
- Understanding customer requirements and how they might impact the product solution
- Be able to demonstrate the product to customers and understand the value it can deliver
- Write user stories to capture the configuration needed to meet customer requirements
- Write user stories and work with the engineering teams to deliver changes to the product to meet customer requirements
- Break down user stories with a clear focus on delivering increments of customer value
- Prioritize and streamline the creation of releases of product increments to customers
- Help team members understand the value a user story will deliver
- Attend the Scrum meetings and run backlog refinement sessions

**Experience / Knowledge**
- Product Ownership
- Good knowledge of Salesforce, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
- Requirement definition and management
- Data Analysis
- User Experience Analysis
- Understanding of utilities industry
- Experience working in tech or for a software vendor
