We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Record and update customer details in company systems
- Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating when required
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential - training will be provided
