Our client is a 100% Australian Owned Company and are one of the largest independently owned cheese processors in the country. They are currently looking for production room shift Supervisors to join their NSW business on a permanent basis.

**Your role**:
Your role will be responsible for successfully overseeing your team, ensuring the factory is maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all times, quality control of products, and supporting the Production Manager.

**Duties and **Responsibilities** **include**:

- Focusing on achieving agreed plant KPI’s in safety, quality, cost, throughout and labour usage.
- Responsible for ensuring the factory is always maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
- Supervision of preparation and maintenance of records (HACCP, Production, WHS).
- Resolve technical issues and drive process improvement.
- Build internal/external relationships via consistent communication to ensure delivery of the Plant’s objectives.
- Manages, motivates and controls all staff and their functions within the area of responsibility.

**Requirements for the Role**:

- Driven and have a can-do attitude.
- Possess 3-5 years Production leadership experience.
- Have the ability to work autonomously.
- Proven line management experience in a fast-paced production environment. FMCG is preferred.
- An understanding of Quality Systems and WHS.
- Attention to detail.
