Our client is an Australian-owned company with facilities in NSW and VIC for processing and packaging cheese. They are a premier provider of dairy-based goods, services, and products to the retail, foodservice, and food ingredients industries.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking **x2 Production Supervisors** to work within their _snacking_ & _slice room_. You will ensure the quality of the product coming off all lines, meet required specifications in terms of quality & freshness.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Ensure all lines are maintained & tidy
- Monitor the flow of goods coming off the lines
- Assisting with technical issues
- Building good working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Work towards achieving plant KPIs in safety, quality & cost usage
- Ensure all employees are inducted in accordance with company policies

**Skills + Experience;**
- Min 3 years experience in a similar role _**(Food & Production exp essential)**_
- Relevant qualification in food production an advantage
- Good understanding of Quality Systems & WHS
- Proven line management experience in a fast paced production environment
- **Please note this role is working between 630am - 530pm Monday - Thursday.**_

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
