A **Federal Government Department **is looking to engage a **Multiple Procurement Officers/Contract Support Officer** to join a collaborative team responsible for supporting and accurately administering procurement activities within the organisation. This includes drafting and preparing procurement document packs and obtaining necessary approvals in accordance with procurement policy and legislation and more. The successful **Procurement Officers/Contract Support Officer** will secure an initial **12-month** contract with a **2 x 12-month extension** option partnered with a **competitive daily rate**.

The successful **Procurement Officers/Contract Support Officer** **will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Prepare and draft relevant procurement documentation to support both simple and complex procurements.
- Support organisational decisions, both regarding budgeting and work prioritisation, and to inform procurement activity forecast planning.
- Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders regarding procurement activities and work collaboratively to support efficient work processes.
- Collate, organise and present current and predicted procurement activity data from across the department

The successful **Procurement Officers/Contract Support Officer** will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience as a Procurement Specialist, or relevant role;
- Demonstrated experience delivering procurement support to executive level staff in an organisation;
- Experience with IT Service Management Frameworks, such as ITIL;
- Highly effective written skills to support documentation and communication requirements;
