**Client Relationships Team Lead (Reception and Admin)**

We’re seeking an experienced Reception & Administration Team Leader to join our psychology clinic, which operates across two locations in Belmont and Werribee.

This is a permanent part-time or full-time leadership role offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You’ll work primarily at one location while providing support to both.

**About the Role**
This pivotal role is focused on leading our reception and administration team to deliver excellent service and support to clinicians and clients. You’ll oversee operations, mentor the team, and manage day-to-day workflows across our two locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the reception and administration team to provide an organised, efficient front desk.
- Oversee rostering, onboarding, and mentoring of team members.
- Act as the first point of contact for team support and escalated client queries.
- Office management
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, online, and over the phone.
- Maintain and improve clinic processes, policies, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in senior management meetings to contribute to the clinic’s strategic goals.
- Step into front desk duties when needed, setting a high standard for the team.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Previous experience in an allied health, medical, or general practice reception or leadership role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic demeanour.
- Proficiency in allied health/medical practice software and cloud-based systems.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to the needs of the clinic.
- Willingness to undertake a Police Check.
