**Join the Leonard Homes Team - 3 Days Per Week (Mon-Wed)**

Leonard Homes is looking for a reliable and hands-on team member to help us maintain our construction sites, display homes, and office assets. This is a flexible, part-time position that would suit someone studying part-time or simply looking for steady, ongoing work three days a week.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be working across multiple Leonard Homes sites and properties, carrying out a variety of practical and important tasks to keep everything clean, safe, and well-presented. Tasks include:

- General cleaning of construction sites and display homes
- Handover cleans for completed homes
- Mowing and basic garden maintenance
- Picking up rubbish and disposing of waste
- Maintaining safe, tidy environments on all sites
- Addressing and reporting minor safety issues
- Running errands and assisting with small maintenance requests
- Light manual labour as reasonably required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone practical, reliable, and self-motivated
- A good eye for detail and pride in maintaining clean, safe environments
- A current driver’s licence (preferred)
- Previous experience in cleaning or construction support (a bonus but not essential)

**Details**:

- **Days**: Monday to Wednesday
- **Hours**: Part-time, ongoing basis
- **Location**: Across various Leonard Homes sites and offices
- **Start**: Immediate

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
