**Nextt Disability** is seeking a reliable and experienced **Mental Health / Disability Support Worker** to join our team supporting a young male client in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment in South Ripley.

**About the Role**:
This is a dynamic and person-centred support position for a client with complex behavioural needs. You must have experience implementing **Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)** and working within **restrictive practice guidelines**. The focus is on promoting independence and wellbeing through daily support routines.

**About the Client**:

- Interests include Marvel, Anime, and computer gaming
- Support is provided both at the client's home and his family home
- Assistance required with cooking, cleaning, emotional wellbeing, and general daily tasks

**Regular Roster: Week 1**:

- Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM + Sleepover till 6am then active till 7.30 AM finish
- Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM + Sleepover (6:00 AM finish)

**Week 2**:

- Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM + Sleepover till 6am then active till 7.30 AM finish
- Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

**Pay Rates**
**E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
**SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax)**:

- Base hourly rate: $35.15
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
- Saturday: $49.21
- Sunday: $63.27
- Public holiday: $77.33

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience with PBSPs and restrictive practices
- Previous SIL or complex behaviour support experience highly regarded
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Commitment to client rights, independence, and person-centred care
