**About the Role**

We are looking for an inspiring and experienced** Regional Manager** to lead a portfolio of OSHC services across **Ipswich and surrounding areas**As a key leader in our Service Delivery team, you will oversee the operational and compliance performance of multiple OSHC sites. You’ll coach, mentor, and empower your team of Service Leaders, Coordinators and Educators to deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging care in alignment with the National Quality Framework. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is driven by purpose and committed to supporting children, educators, and school communities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead engaging, NQF-aligned programs and support services through Assessment & Rating.
- Ensure compliance, safety, and quality as Nominated Supervisor.
- Coach and develop teams, support onboarding, and grow future leaders.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and drive service improvements.
- Build strong relationships with schools, families, and communities.

**You will have**:

- Diploma (or higher) in School Age or Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Previous leadership experience in OSHC, early childhood or a similar sector.
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place learning framework.
- Proven team coaching skills with resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Valid Working With Children Check (state-specific).
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
