Reporting into our Regional Blue Care Leadership team, you will lead the regions residential services, working in collaboration with the Residential Partner and site managers. Your role will support day-to-day operations, coaching and supporting managers in roster and workforce management, occupancy, cost management, administration, quality and compliance and other management processes and responsibilities.- Working alongside your regional General Manager, you will drive your services clinical capability, leveraging our leadership and learning and development frameworks and investing in workforce retention activities. You’ll support your leaders in achieving residential KPI’s, identifying trends and driving operational excellence through initiatives aligned to Blue Care’s organisational strategy.
- A key leadership role, you will build accountability through your mentorship, cementing our residential structure and influencing the success of your service group. This role will be based in any of the residential centres in the
Region. The successful applicant will be travelling within the region to ensure connection and engagement with all site leaders.**You’ll present with**:

- Strong understanding and knowledge of residential aged care and associated regulations
- Solid understanding and knowledge of government funding requirements and guidelines in an Aged Care services environment
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience with multiple direct reports, preferably in a multi-site structure
- Sound people management experience, and a demonstrated understanding and implementation of coaching and performance management principles.
- Ability to access, analyse and report on financial outcomes attached to each facility.
- Able to prepare well researched, clearly presented reports and submissions as necessary.
- High level of business acumen and demonstrated experience in meeting both financial and non-financial targets
- Comprehensive interpersonal skills to support clear and accurate communication with internal and external customers
- Ability to work within a team environment whilst maintaining individual responsibility for specific functions and tasks
- Time management and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Flexible, professional approach to functions and environment
- Current Australian Driver’s License
