**What You’ll Do**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs through structured questioning.
- Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, and other relevant product details in line with compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Show resilience and maintain motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls.
- Stay informed on product offerings, process changes, and industry updates to ensure accurate and compliant information is provided.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A team-focused mindset and strong motivation to achieve goals.
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills to support customer decisions.
- Openness to coaching and a desire to keep learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
