**What You’ll Do**:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs through insightful questioning and recommend insurance plans that meet their unique objectives.- Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, benefits, specialised services, and a wide range of product choices.- Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.- Show resilience and maintain high levels of motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls.- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.

**What You’ll Bring**:
- A team-focused mindset and strong motivation to achieve goals.- Clear communication and problem-solving skills to support customer decisions.- Openness to coaching and a desire to keep learning.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential.
