Our client are an establshed professional Wealth Management and Financial Planning business located in Noosa Heads on teh Sunshine Cast QLD.

They specialise in Investing, Portfolio Management and Retirement Planning. The business runs as a corporate entity under a leading private AFSL. This is an opportunity to join a team of private client investment advisers and buildyour own brand an dfinancial planning practice within teh business.

Our client opertate under their own AFSL allowing their team to run their own business with autonomy and freedom while still receiving support of their AR on teh advser regisyer and on-gong CPD.

The biggest advantage is that advisers and financial planners get to keep a high percentage of their profits after costs while still receiving a base salary to get you started and also have the ability to own your client base.

They are looking for an experienced financial Planner to work alongside the senior private client investment advisers in an employed role but also build their own brand and have equity and profit share in the business of 70% of they generate. You will be supported with a base salary to get you started early.

This is a great opportunity for someone that are well connected or have an existing client base working with a Bank or employed role looking to start there own business within a business. Or even someone with their own business who is not happy with their current Licencee.

This role would suit someone with an already small to medium client portfolio and business referral partner network. You will be driven and like to be swith an entreprenerial spirit and passion to build your own portfolio. For the right person the business will be happy to hand over some existung clients and new client referals to get you srtatred.

You will have the the flexibility to choose your own working options like WFH and the office when you choose so that you can soend time with family or a work life balance that works for you.

**Qualifications & experience**

Qualifications in Financial Planning (Degree qualified would be highly regarded or Diploma), RG 146 accredited and upto date with Professional Development activities; and Ability to work successfully on your own merits.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
