**What you’ll love about the role**:
Operating within a business partner model, the People Advisor plays a critical role in supporting and advising leaders on all aspects of the employment lifecycle and for developing a business partnership with the Business Partnering team with an in depth understanding their operational areas.

Key functions of the role include:

- Partnering with leaders to provide business focused, operational people advice and support in the implementation and embedding of people strategies and practices
- Providing general HR advice to the business including interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and other industrial instruments;
- Case management of complex performance management and employee relations matters;
- Providing people leaders with coaching and risk recommendations; and
- Assisting with the implementation of people initiatives and projects across the business.

- be degree qualified in human resources or other relevant fields
- Have exposure to working within a large, complex organisation;
- Have experience in complex case management;
- Have an innovative approach with a continuous improvement mindset; and
- Be comfortable working within an evolving culture.
