**About the role**

This role is responsible for supporting the Price Reset Engagement Leads through the intensive periods of large-scale customer engagement as well as internal and external communication from the project. The role will work closely with project team members and stream leads to help deliver against the Jemena Electricity Networks (Vic) and Jemena Gas Networks (NSW) price reset projects.

This is a **12 month fixed term contract** that may lead to a **permanent role** for the right person.

**Key Responsibilities include**

Support the Customer Engagement Lead deliver customer and stakeholder engagement activity for both JEN and JGN Price Reset Projects by:

- Coordinating planning and logistics for the varied engagement forums and related activities for both projects, Jemena employees and customer & stakeholder representatives
- Contributing to preparation of engagement materials for engagement forums and other engagement activities
- Participating in engagement with customers and other external stakeholders as needed
- Creating communications content for the Projects intended for a variety of audiences and platforms
- Supporting the ongoing project stream contributions to engagement materials to agreed timelines.
- Other activities to assist with the delivery of external engagement in support of the Engagement Stream Leads
- Develop and deliver the content to all internal and external stakeholders in accordance with the communication plans.
- Manage the governance process for external communication / channels

**About You**
- Qualifications in communication, marketing or business administration and/or project management (desired).
- Ability to support the development and management of internal and external project communications.
- Experience working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders in the delivery of a project in the office and remote environments.
- Experience in developing clear and concise content for a diverse range of audiences.
- Ability to translate ideas and concepts into tangible plans or written materials.
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a motivated individual who is happy to tackle a significant range of tasks and challenges.
- Experience in the energy industry (desired).
