**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Merchandise** **Digital Campaign Team Leader** to come and join us on a **Permanent full-time basis **to support the growth of key e-commerce metrics through the creation and deployment of effective online promotional activity.

**What you’ll do**

- As a strong communicator you know how to excite those around you and with your attention to detail and strong analytics you have one eye on the smooth running of the campaign and one eye on the outcomes. You are always on the lookout for ways to improve outcomes and this requires a deep understanding of what works and what doesn’t whether it be processes, products, pricing or simply the message.
- Proactively work with Inventory and Category Teams to ensure stock levels are adequate for the sales forecast and able to utilize data inputs such as Google Analytics, customer, and loyalty data to keep on top of industry trends and create actionable insights applicable to e-commerce and report back to stakeholders on promotional effectiveness (sales, open rates, click throughs etc), along with recommendations to facilitate continual improvement on the offer and delivery.
- Able to manage store communications and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business internally and externally (Merchandise/Category teams, Inventory, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Action Groups, Stores, Suppliers) and adhere to critical path.

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven 3+ years of experience in the ecommerce space for a retail business
- Digital Marketing tertiary qualification preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Magento or Shopify or similar will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of Excel and how to create insights from data and understanding of SEO and Google analytics
- Understanding of the different types of retail promotions and a strong understanding of trade practices legislation and other laws and standards applicable to the role, an appreciation of their importance and a demonstrated ability to follow them.
