The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join the team. You will be working with a motived group of estimators on the production estimating team. The role will see you raising purchase orders, running margin reports, tracking ETS's and liaising with the on-site team.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Accurately complete production estimates (BOQ's) within specified timelines, aligning with scope of works and client specifications
• Issue and administer purchase orders to trades & suppliers, including ETS/invoice processing
• Networking with stakeholders – up and downstream - to support targets being achieved.
• Comparison of BOQ's to budgets and escalation for approval of deviations.
• Supporting team leader & operations manager with margin analysis.
• Contribute to system and process improvements.
• Maintain workflow software for your portfolio of projects.

• Analytical skills and competency interpreting site assessments
• Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks at once.
• Ability to proactively problem solve and troubleshoot.
• Outcome/solution focussed, with the drive and desire to achieve the target
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Well-developed numerical skills.
• Competency with computer systems (ERP, email, cloud storage, general workplace suite e.g. Microsoft)
• Ability to work in a close-knit team.
