This global Transport business is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture function. Supporting a dedicated client group, you will continue to drive capability, continuous improvement and people management for this organisation to encourage both innovation and progression.
Reporting into the General Manager of People & Culture, the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Partnering with a core client group to provide advisory support and strategic guidance to the Management team that aims to build capability;
- Supporting the roll out of strategic initiatives including HR projects, employee wellbeing, organisational redesign, health & safety, training and development;
- Managing ER matters and investigations surrounding absenteeism, underperformance, mental health and fraud while mitigating risk and following procedural fairness;
- Leading cyclical activities including remuneration reviews, engagement surveys, development plans and corporate recruitment.
This role is a true business partnering role with a broad scope, allowing the opportunity to work with your client group to deliver strategic initiatives.
To be successful for the position you will offer:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with previous HR Business Partnering experience;
- Proven ability to handle complex HR matters independently
- Ability to build authentic relationships and partner with key senior stakeholders with the capability to advise and influence;
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and part of a broader HR team;
- Possess a fantastic attitude that reflects an eagerness to grow and progress within the business.
