HR Business Partner job, Sydney CBD, up to $140,000 + Super + Bonus

**Your new company**
This exciting opportunity is with a Global Renewable Energy company who are looking to expand their HR team due to business growth.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be supporting a team of passionate stakeholders to assist them to develop their talent pipeline along with developing and retaining current skills with succession planning. You will also be actively involved in P&C initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have previous HR Generalist and recruitment experience within a large organisation. You will also have strong relationship building skills engaging the business at all levels. Tertiary Qualifications in HR or Business Administration will also be considered.
