**The System Support Officer's key responsibilities are**:

- support the operational daily functioning of the department's learning manage system (LMS),
- be the first point of contact between the LMS support system and end-users,
- create and maintain the LMS user profiles,
- track LMS license usage,
- assess and resolve Level 1 support queries arising from system users through the LMS support system,
- assess and refer Level 2 queries to an appropriate LMS team member,
- maintain the fortnightly data file upload process to the data warehouse within specific timeframes to ensure the accuracy, validity and timeliness of the training data source,
- adherence to system processes to ensure user data integrity.
