Welcome to IPA Brisbane As the world entered a recession and agencies made mass redundancies, the Brisbane office of IPA started really spreading our wings and we haven't looked back. As a result, our labour hire division requires a strong **Business Manager** to double down and continue to expand our service offering.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Lead a recruitment team of 8 staff across both blue and white collar labour hire
- Staff management and performance reviews
- Review processes and implement efficiencies where possible
- Account management and building client relationships
- Active Business Development within blue and white collar industries
- Implement growth strategies across both teams
- Manage WHS across both blue and white collar divisions
- Manage IR aspects including rate increases, casual conversion, status of employment etc
**To be successful you will need**:
- Previous people leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of labour hire including IR, WHS and compliance
- A fire in your belly and a hunger to succeed
- Exceptional communication skills
- A passion for growth both within existing accounts and new accounts
This is a really exciting role for someone looking to **run things their way **and lead, develop and grow an already well establish temp business. You will not be running a desk, rather overseeing and managing an entire division within the Brisbane branch.
**This role will suit someone with dreams and the ability and tenacity to make them a reality.**
You must have previous temporary or labour hire recruitment experience to be successful for the role.
