**Your new role**
We are looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst to join the finance team to work across the business both locally and globally.

In this exciting new role, you will be producing reports using financial data and work collaboratively across the finance team locally and also across the globe work analyse business performance and strategy. There will also be potential for you to work in data analytics from a marketing viewpoint.

You will be:

- Creating reports and BI dashboards on trends and forecasts
- Identifying modelling requirements with other team members
- Conducting survey/market research analysis
- Supporting the business in maintaining a series of Excel and BI based reports through data capture & modelling tools
- Running reports and cleansing data for the purpose of ongoing reporting
- Working on specific initiatives to streamline internal processes utilising Excel and BI Systems Analysis and reconciliation of results across data sets from multiple systems and business reports
- Support activities which contribute to the development of data analytic capacity across the department and regions
- Participate in ad hoc analysis and projects as the business require

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Sum Ifs, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Visual Basic, etc)
- PowerBI capability with experience in automating data feeds and developing dashboards.
- Previous experience in data management, data integration between systems, and reporting
- Experience in SQL, BI Systems or PowerBI highly desirable
- Relevant industry experience or tertiary qualifications in a finance, economics or statistics
- Strong communication across all levels of management
