Our bright and modern office at Allambie Heights in the Northern Beaches of Sydney has bus links and nearby parking available.
The Role:
- Create and schedule daily content for our existing social media channels (That’s Instagram and Facebook today)
- As a passionate social media expert, you will develop our content & community on the platforms of tomorrow
- You will work with our skincare experts to create engaging, on-brand content for all our channels.
- Build engaging content such as IG and FB Stories, Reels, Feed posts and IGTV.
- Being an all-rounder, you can:
- Film and edit engaging Reels and IG stories
- Craft the best out of User Generated Content
- Write engaging captions that entice our existing and future audience to engage with us in a meaningful way.
- You love community engagement, interacting with our audience, bringing to life our brand's voice and personality.
- You understands what it takes to grow our following on Instagram and Facebook & can develop and implement your plan to success.
- Source key influencers and establish relationships for collaborations on social media
- Some basic graphic design knowledge to be able to create content using web-based tools.
- You can create, manage, monitor and optimise Paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager providing insights on paid campaigns, budget etc and suggest improvements/changes accordingly
- Analyse results and suggest solutions and insights on both organic and paid initiatives
- Report monthly to Marketing Manager on both organic and paid initiatives.
About You:
- You LOVE content creation, digital communication and all things social media
- You’re quick to pick up on opportunities and new trends in social media and create awesome content out of it
- You get excited when new features are released and want to be the first to create great content with it.
- You’re a creative and strategic person, who thinks outside the box and find yourself coming up with innovative ways to leverage content on social media.
- You’re proactive, self-motivated and can work independently, but are also a team player
- You're excited to take on new challenges and come up with new ideas.
- You like to be consistent with your workflow, but can be flexible when working under often tight deadlines and love the challenge of still being able to finalise your tasks on time.
- You don’t need to be a skincare expert, but maybe you are into skincare more than most. This is the ideal role for you to combine your interest and your skills to create something special.
- Have experience 12+ months working in a paid social media role.
