**Join Our Team as an Event Assistant - Admin & Marketing Specialist**

Do you have a love for events, an eye for detail, and a talent for staying organised?

Triangle House is on the lookout for a motivated and versatile Event Assistant to join our team and help bring our exciting activations to life

About the Role:
This all-rounder position offers a mix of administrative support, marketing tasks, and hands-on event assistance, including:

- Administrative Duties: Assist with event planning, schedules, client communication, and general coordination.
- Marketing Support: Create social media posts, manage online event promotions, and assist with growing our online presence.
- On-Site Event Support: Set up and pack down event spaces, have great customer service skills and ensure smooth event operations.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver memorable experiences.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in admin and/or marketing (even better if in the events industry).
- Creativity and enthusiasm for bringing events to life.
- Proficiency on the computer for managing admin tasks and social media.
- Excellent communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach.
- Must have a Blue Card (for Working with Children) or be willing to obtain one.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience in social media management, content creation, or graphic design.
- A background in customer service or hospitality.
- Creative or crafty skills for workshops and activations.
- A flair for storytelling and community engagement.
