- Assist event planners in creating event plans, including objectives, themes, formats, timings, locations, and budgets.
- Execute on-site event tasks, including venue setup, material preparation, personnel arrangement, and process management.
- Coordinate with event stakeholders, including venues, suppliers, media, and guests.
- Handle on-site emergencies to ensure smooth event execution.
- Collect event data, evaluate event effectiveness, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Responsible for acceptance of marketing related merchandise.
- Manage the storage of various marketing materials, including maintaining checklists for inventory in and out.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and synchronize material inventory status with relevant personnel.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience in planning or event execution.
- Familiar with various event planning and execution processes and techniques.
- Possess excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) communication and coordination skills, and team collaboration abilities.
- Have strong adaptability and stress resistance.
- Proficient in using various office software and able to handle event-related paperwork.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Australian PR or citizen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
