**About the role**:
**Duties will include**:

- Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver the full recruitment lifecycle
- Actively recruit for senior leadership roles
- Develop and implement effective attraction and pipeline strategies to proactively identify, engage and attract top talent across Australia and beyond
- Develop and analyse recruitment metrics and report on the effectiveness of attraction and pipeline initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technology to ensure our talent acquisition strategies remain competitive and progressive.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and provide coaching and support to develop capability and to ensure the recruitment service aligns to business needs
- With the support of the broader HR team, create and implement a Talent Acquisition Strategy, which promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive workplace culture whilst continuing to embed our company values

**About you**:

- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders using a consultative approach.
- Successfully manage multiple streams of work and juggle competing priorities.
- Qualifications in Business/Human Resources or related field (desirable).
- Previous experience within an internal recruitment team
- Above all else you will have a positive and a proactive attitude, with a sense of urgency and you will believe in working hard and delivering exceptional results.
