As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager, in our Aged Care division, to lead our catering operations across a small number of sites within NSW & ACT.
**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Overseeing the catering operations across 6-8 aged car facilities (there WILL be travel)
Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Ensuring high levels of compliance across compliance within health & safety
Understanding of Aged Care quality & safety commission audits & accreditations
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Your Background**:
Previous experience within the aged care hospitality management sector
Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams
Significant experience operating across multi-site delivery
Strong financial acumen exhibiting exposure to budgetary controls
Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
Chef qualification essential
