**_The Company_**

This role is being offered by a National Insurance brokerage for dentists, doctors and other professionals. They help thousands of doctors, dentists and other professionals with their income protection, life insurance, business insurance and professional indemnity insurance under one roof. They also help medical, dental and other professionals to achieve their financial goals before and after retirement for both their long term personal and superannuation savings.

They have experienced a lot of growth recently and are looking for a GUN administration fundi to support their Advisors and interact with insurers, clients and their internal team.

**_The Role_**

Ideally situated in Richmond near to public transport, you will work side by side a small and welcoming team of professionals. Starting hours are flexible to suit your needs ( either 8:30am or 9.00 am.) and working from home 1 day a week is also available.

Your varied day will be busy supporting the team and liaison with customer enquiries and will include:

- Managing end-to-end administration of a client portfolio
- Ongoing relationship management with clients
- Assistance with Advice preparation
- Diary Management and all communications
- Accurate and thorough recording of client interactions
- Preparation of review documents
- other ad hoc admin responsibilities

To be successfull you will need to have:

- Ideally a tertiary qualification
- Reasonably good financial literacy
- Have reasonable computer skills and at least a basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Have high regard to compliance with rules and regulations
