**Our **Opportunity**

We currently are looking for ReCranked in Schools Facilitator to join our motivated and enthusiastic Youth team.

The ReCranked in Schools Facilitator assists the ReCranked in Schools Coordinator in delivering the ReCranked in Schools-(RiS) bike education program supporting young people in primary and secondary school at risk of disengaging from education. This role supports the facilitation, implementation and evaluation of the program, under guidance.

The RiS Facilitator will:

- Support program delivery and assist RiS staff and volunteers
- Facilitate sessions with participants and assist with bike repairs and maintenance
- Work with participants to fix bikes, build bike knowledge, confidence and teamwork skills
- Assist in supervising program activities and support young people’s engagement
- Assist in managing any behavioral issues, set clear boundaries and consequences
- Assist Coordinator to liaise with school staff to follow up participant related concerns
- Maintain RiS tools and equipment, bike safety equipment supplies and security of stored bikes
- Maintain confidentiality and safety of participants.

**Role**: ReCranked in Schools Coordinator

**Job Type**: Casual, school term-based

**Start Date**: ASAP

**End date**: School term-based, hours dependent on schools booked each term

Total Hours: 10-12hrs per week

**Roster**: Term-based

Qualification: First Aid, experience and passion for bike, experience working with young people highly desirable

Pay Level: YW2 casual

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Check and maintain a valid employment Working with Children Check whilst employed in this position.
