**About the Role**

The role provides dedicated support for the operation of all HR Technology (HRIS, Payroll, Time and Attendance and miscellaneous) and associated data facilitating workforce management.
- Responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, development of all HR software, interpretation and distribution of related data
- Develop and maintain basic automatic assignment rules, templates, and maintain data integrity
- Support the delivery of projects relevant to the HR technology and analytics
- Configure, test, and rollout of HR systems, modules and training to support the core functions and teams
- Collaborate with IT to perform in-cycle upgrades of all HRIS as per the manager's approval

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years' experience as HR Analytics or in similar capacity
- Possess HR knowledge combined with technology and analytics skills
- Ability to take initiative, analytical and lateral thinker to HR processes and best practices continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
